Deny clearcutting

LompocJuly 30, 2013

Allowing the clear-cutting of trees contributes to global warming and California’s recent record-breaking high weather temperatures. When trees are cut down, carbon dioxide they contain is released into the atmosphere. We must demand California’s legislators and governor to act promptly in denying permits for unnecessary and dangerous clear-cutting.
