Pismo Beach Planning Commission.

Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. Consider major changes to mixed-use project at 331 Wadsworth Ave. that now proposes 16 detached townhomes, 16 attached townhomes and two retail buildings fronting Price Street on about 1.72 acres; continued hearing for review of master plan for Price Historical Park.

Nipomo Community Services District.

Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Update on development of proposed Jim O. Miller Park; request for water, sewer and garbage service for 20 multifamily residential unit development at 530 Hill St.; review district’s water service policy.

Oceano Community Services District.

Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Repeal a resolution establishing Oceano Farmers Market Committee as a standing committee of the district.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors.

Meets Tuesday. 781-5011. Request by Supervisor Adam Hill to appoint Eric Meyer as District 3 representative on the county Planning Commission; update on financial condition of county’s airport services; request for approval of second phase of a design/development project for the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport and authorization to move into design development of the project; update on public safety realignment, which shifted the responsibility for housing and monitoring certain nonviolent offenders from the state to county governments.
