UPDATE 2:45 p.m.: The brush fire along Templeton Road has grown to 10 acres, officials said. Authorities are preparing for possible evacuations, but none had been ordered as of 2:40 p.m. Tuesday, according to Cal Fire.

Original story: Emergency personnel have responded to a fire along Templeton Road between Templeton and Atascadero. Its located about 1.5 miles from Highway 41, officials confirmed.
