Ramirez, Indians shuffle past Rounders

Paso Robles High product helps North County to 6-2 win

Josh Ramirez hit a three-run double in the bottom of the fourth inning, and the North County Indians summer collegiate baseball team cruised to a 6-2 win over the visiting San Mateo Rounders on Sunday at Vineyard Athletic Park in Templeton.

North County starter Cameron Cotton was the winning pitcher. The incoming Cal Poly recruit lasted six innings, allowing one earned run on five hits with four strikeouts to help the Indians improve to 15-6.
