Consider allowing remote caller bingo games in the city; public hearing on request to annex into a community facilities district to fund new police, fire and park services for the Oakhaven Village townhouse development; appoint Rachelle Rickard as city manager.

Atascadero Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets Tuesday. 462-4200. Consider $35,800 contract with First Serve Tennis Courts for Atascadero High School tennis court resurfacing; school calendar adjustment; 2013-2014 school budget.

Nipomo Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Discussion on request for water, sewer and trash service for proposed Jim O. Mallagh St.
