Indians look Good in 3-1 home victory

North County goes to 7-5 with win over Wahoos

Jamie Good pitched seven strong innings, Davey Casciola hit a solo home run, and the North County Indians beat the visiting Santa Maria Wahoos 3-1 in a summer collegiate baseball game Saturday at Vineyard Athletic Park in Templeton.

Good allowed one run on five hits and two walks with six strikeouts in seven innings to help the Indians improve to 7-5.

Alex Smith went 2 for 3 with a double, and Peter Lecce was 2 for 3 for the Indians.
