A cash mob will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Gerald’s Old Tyme Chocolates at 701 Price St. in Pismo Beach.

The intent is to welcome the new store, owned by Gerald and Bea Reed; it’s their second shop in San Luis Obispo County. The first is in Grover Beach.

Cash mobs are designed to support local businesses and the local business community.
