Local football players score awards at FCA all-star game

Paso Robles RB Madrigal wins offensive honor, and Mission Prep LB DeSesa claims defensive award

Paso Robles High running back Colton Madrigal was named Offensive Player of the Game for the San Luis Obispo County team, and Mission Prep linebacker Andrew DeSesa took the team’s defensive honor Saturday night in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes All-Star football game at Lompoc High, according to information provided Sunday to The Tribune.

Also, Templeton’s Connor Truhitte won a citizenship award.

Santa Barbara County won the game, 36-10.
