Cambria Reds lose in extra innings

The Cambria Reds Little League team took a 6-6 tie into extra innings Tuesday, May 28, against the Brewers at the Leffingwell baseball field but the Brewers scored seven runs in the seventh to win 13-6. This means the Reds have tied with the Nationals for second place.

The Reds will play the Nationals in the first round of the playoffs Saturday, May 31, in Morro Bay. The Rockies play the Brewers Saturday to determine who competes for the Central Coast championship on Tuesday, June 4.
