Two men arrested after alleged drug deal in Target parking lot

Two men were arrested in Paso Robles on Thursday after police spotted them allegedly making a heroin sale, according to a news release from the Paso Robles Police Department.

Dylan Michael Bice, 21, of Morro Bay and Afeek Oz Haviv, 19, of San Luis Obispo were in the parking lot of the Target shopping center on Theatre Drive, around 12:45 p.m., police said.

According to police, the following occurred: As the two met, detectives from the Special Enforcement Team spotted them making a “hand-to-hand” transaction. A subsequent search revealed 0.2 grams of suspected heroin and a hypodermic syringe.

The two were arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotic paraphernalia and booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail.
