Arroyo Grande City Council. Meets Monday. 473-5400. Special meeting to review city’s preliminary budget for fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15.

Atascadero Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Removal of a coast live oak tree at 900 El Camino Real; permit a small winemaking operation within an existing 816-square-foot space at 6625 Santa Cruz Road.

Grover Beach City Council. Meets Monday. 473-4567. Present life-saving award to police Sgt. Angelo Limon and Officer Reggie Bio for performing CPR and saving an unresponsive 69-year-old man during an April 21 incident; accept California Coastal Commission’s modifications to Grover Beach’s local coastal program, which allows the city to move ahead with its plans for a lodge and conference center; preliminary budget discussion for upcoming fiscal year 2013-14.

Lucia Mar Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets Tuesday. 474-3000. Recognition of teacher and classified employees of the year, retirees and others; update on 2013-14 fiscal year budget; approval of new or revised job descriptions.

Paso Robles City Council. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Consider new review of city sewer charges; contract to design the South Vine Bridge on the north extension of Theatre Drive at Highway 46 West.

Pismo Beach City Council. Meets Tuesday. 773-4657. Consider amendments to land-use policies in city’s general plan and local coastal plan that would change zoning designation to an area in northern Pismo Beach next to Shell Beach Road from open space to low-density residential; consider city’s involvement in Five Cities Diversity Coalition.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5080. Fiscal year 2012-13 third quarter financial report; consider declaring 48 county-owned parcels of vacant land in hillsides above Cayucos as surplus and sell them to a qualified land conservancy; annual review of county growth rate for unincorporated areas.

Templeton Community Services District. Meets Tuesday. 434-4900. Closed-session discussion about interviews for the five general manager candidates. Regular meeting: Contract for the district’s fire service study.
