Grover Beach police arrested a Lemoore man on suspicion of drunken driving around 8:30 p.m. Sunday after he crashed his car into an apartment building in the 100 block of North Fourth Street.

Patrick Jeff, 26, of Lemoore hit a parked truck causing his 2010 Ford Taurus to roll over into the front yard of an apartment complex, hitting the building, according to police. No one was seriously injured.

On Monday, one apartment was deemed unsafe to live in by the city’s building inspector because of the damage.

Jeff and his 21-year-old male passenger were extricated from the vehicle. Both received minor injuries. The passenger, who has not been identified by police, was taken to Arroyo Grande Community Hospital by ambulance for treatment of his injuries. Jeff was treated at the scene and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
