The San Luis Obispo County Peace Officer’s annual Memorial Service will be held Wednesday in Mission Plaza in San Luis Obispo.

The county’s Criminal Justice Administrator’s Association, the San Luis Obispo Police Department and the City of San Luis Obispo will be host the nondenominational ceremony.

Law enforcement and criminal justice agencies throughout the county will attend and the event is open to the public.

Law enforcement vehicles from throughout the county will start at the Sheriff’s Department honor farm and parade down Highway 1 into San Luis Obispo to the Mission Plaza.

The ceremony will include the honor roll for all law enforcement personnel who died in the line of duty in California in the last year.
