The Cambria Reds and the Cambria Rockies were on the losing end of games Saturday, May 4.

The Reds were downed by their nemesis, the Los Osos Dodgers, 11-6. Coach Gary Stephenson said, notwithstanding the fact that a Los Osos fan brought a loud air horn in an attempt to distract his team, the Reds “were gentlemen all the way through.”

The Rockies played their best game of the season Saturday but still wound up on the short end of a 13-8 score against the Brewers. D.J. Cashdan went three-for-three with a triple.

The Rockies played the Reds Tuesday, May 7, and the Reds won 22-12; Edgar Nunez blasted a 3-run homer for the Reds.
