Atascadero Unified School District Board of Trustees. Meets Tuesday. 462-4200. Disclosure of separate collective bargaining agreements between the Atascadero school district and Atascadero District Teachers Association, and the district and California School Employees Association Chapter No. 124; agreement for architectural services with Ravatt Albrecht and Associates for Atascadero Junior High School modernization project at a cost of about $1.6 million.

Oceano Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Adopt public records request policy and procedure; discuss drafting letter to provide input on county Air Pollution Control District’s 2013-14 budget; consider appointing an interim general manager in closed session.

Paso Robles City Council. Meets Tuesday. 237-3888. Transfer about $1.5 million from the city’s water fund to the county Public Works department to hold in a trust to secure the city’s required debt coverage for the Nacimiento Water Project; design of Union Road improvements from Kleck Road to Montebello Oaks Drive; release a draft of the citywide traffic management plan for public comment; update to installation fees for larger water meters.

Levy annual assessment for the city’s lodging business improvement district; update on four major projects currently being processed by the city, including Spanish Springs; establish guidelines by which the city will comply with the federal Affordable Care Act.

San Luis Obispo City Council. Meets Tuesday. 781-7100. Approval of a $9 million upgrade to the water reclamation facility; salary increase for the city attorney.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. Consider prohibiting the ignition and launching of sky lanterns in the unincorporated areas of San Luis Obispo County.

Templeton Community Services District. Meets Tuesday. 434-4900. Preliminary 2013-14 district budget; set a public workshop date for new sewer rates.
