Monolithic hypocrisy

Shell BeachMay 1, 2013

After the attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi and the death of four Americans, a group of Republicans, followed by several right-wing pundits, were outraged and demanded an investigation.

Selective amnesia is amazing.

During the George W. Bush administration, several U.S. embassies around the world were attacked and/or bombed, and 60 people (Americans and not) died.

Do you remember hearing any outrage from any Republicans and the call for an investigation of the Bush administration?

Of course not.

In my view, this is a case of monolithic ideological hypocrisy.
