Kids, horses helped

Executive director, Equine Alliance Youth Foundation, Paso RoblesMay 1, 2013

As the Equine Alliance Youth Foundation celebrates another year, we know this has only been possible because of the admirable support we have received from our funders. We wish to extend our sincere thanks to The Stewardship Council Youth Foundation, Central Coasts Funds for Children and Justice Elizabeth Baron for supporting our youth and equine program services.

Equine Alliance Youth Foundation strives to make equine-assisted therapies free of charge for participants and their families helping young people move toward more positive life choices while gaining tools to achieve their full potential and become our next generation of leaders, hard workers, engaged citizens and effective parents.

It is in that spirit that we offer a scholarship program available that provides assistance for underserved youth to access our 2013 Partnership for Youth Transition Academy.

This program would not be possible without the generosity of Lisa Stromsoe and Lori Buzzetti of the Avalon Foundation who have generously donated $2,000 toward our $10,000 goal.

On behalf of all the kids and horses at Equine Alliance Youth Foundation, we thank you for your support!
