Don’t care why, who

Paso RoblesApril 25, 2013

Two thoughts on the Boston Marathon bombers:

1. I don’t want to know why they did it! The killing of innocents for any cause is simply barbarism. People who do so have surrendered a large slice of their humanity and therefore have no credibility with those of us who understand how twisted they are.

2. I wish the names of terrorists and mass killers were never printed or uttered in news reports. These sad, angry, evil people are encouraged to maim and kill others in the perverse hope their life may have some meaning. “Living in infamy” is what they desire. Let’s not give it to them. We redact the names of juvenile offenders and victims of sexual crimes; why not do the same for these vermin? Let their evil languish in anonymity.
