Cal Poly football gets two TV games

The Cal Poly football team announced it will be featured on a pair of Root Sports TV telecasts this fall.

The Mustangs’ Big Sky opener at Portland State will be broadcast Thursday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. The game, originally scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 28, had been rescheduled for Friday, Sept. 27 because of a scheduling conflict with the Portland Timbers of the MLS. It has now been rescheduled again to Sept. 26.

Cal Poly’s other televised game will be its Nov. 16 home contest against Eastern Washington at Alex G. Spanos Stadium. Kickoff for that game will be announced at a later date.
