UPDATE 12:40 p.m.: No one was injured in the collision in front of Dana Elementary School in Nipomo, the CHP said Friday afternoon. The scene is now clear.

Original story: An ambulance has been sent to a traffic collision in front of Dana Elementary School in Nipomo, according to a preliminary dispatch report by the CHP.

The incident, reported at 8:25 a.m. Friday, involved a tan minivan and a grey sedan at West Tefft Street and Orchard Road, according to the report.

No other details were immediately available.
