Nipomo Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 929-1133. Hearing regarding acquisition of permanent and temporary easements needed to construct the first phase of a pipeline from Santa Maria to Nipomo; approve licensing agreement with Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to facilitate access to the Santa Maria River levee; purchase agreement with Linda Vista Farms for permanent and temporary easements to place a pump station and storage facilities related to the pipeline project.

Oceano Community Services District. Meets Wednesday. 481-6730. Transfer $5,000 from the district’s general fund to its parks and recreation account to support establishing Oceano Community Farmers Market; letter of support for Nipomo pipeline project; discussion regarding forwarding audits from previous fiscal years to the county auditor-controller.

Pismo Beach Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 773-4658. City request for two-year time extension of a development permit for construction of a 10,148-squarefoot fire station on a vacant lot at 65 Ventana Drive.

San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. Meets Tuesday. 781-5450. Study session and overview of the formation, purpose, authority and responsibilities of the San Luis Obispo County Airport Land Use Commission; creation of park projects to repair the exterior walls at Rios Caledonia Adobe in San Miguel, renovate a portion of Bob Jones Trail, provide design and engineering phase of a project to restore the Cayucos Pier, and provide funding to buy and install pool lifts for people with disabilities at all county pools; update on women’s jail expansion project.
