In the battle of PAC 7 rivals, Arroyo Grande High got the best of San Luis Obispo for the second straight day in a 5-3 baseball win Wednesday.
Dan Ramirez threw 6 2⁄3 innings, giving up four hits and one earned run, striking out four in the home win for the Eagles (3-2-1, 2-0 PAC 7) against the Tigers (3-7, 1-4).
Kyle Brown came in with the tying run at the plate and struck out the last batter for Arroyo Grande.
Dylan Azevedo was 1 for 2 with two RBI and a walk, and Chris Davidson was 2 for 4 with a run scored.

Brian Kirkpatrick pitched a complete game with eight strikeouts for the Greyhounds (5-3, 2-0 PAC 7) in their win over the Bearcats (2-4, 0-2).
Corbin Meikle had two hits, including a triple, and two RBI, and Ethan Hicks went 2 for 2, scoring three times.
Garrett Mills also had two RBI, and Joe Johnson is 4 for 7 in his past two games for Atascadero.

Joey Donner struck out three in four innings, allowing one hit and a walk.
