Atascadero Planning Commission. Meets Tuesday. 461-5000. Workshop to discuss city density regulations for homeless shelters, single-room units and accommodations for those with disabilities.

Grover Beach City Council. Meets Monday. 473-4567. Authorize city manager to negotiate outside user agreement with Pismo Beach to discuss costs and other details associated with providing water or sewer services to an approved 134-room hotel and restaurant at 950 El Camino Real; review city goals and work program in preparation for setting goals for the 2013-14 fiscal year budget.
