If you havent gotten over to the Museum of Art on Broad Street in the last few days, you must do so.
The huge and impressive private collection of Arthur and Marilyn Rosenberg is being displayed until March 31.
The sensitive and poignant paintings are from the 1950s. Some are WPA paintings. Luckily a few WPA paintings were salvaged and now hang in major galleries. Many sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
This is a once-in-alifetime chance to see a private collection that any museum would consider an incredible privilege to hang, and its right here in San Luis Obispo.
Stop by. Its free and youre guaranteed to feel rewarded for your visit.
