North County organizers will discuss comprehensive immigration reform March 21 at a meeting of the Atascadero Democratic Club. The presentation is to begin at 7:30 p.m. at the AARP building, at Atascadero Lake Park off Highway 41, following a club business meeting at 6:30 p.m.

C. R. Lara of the Latino Outreach Council and Hazel Davalos with Pueblo/Cause will talk about “the essential elements of immigration reform.”
