Cal Poly forward Chris Eversley was named the Big West Conference player of the week Monday after leading the Mustangs in scoring in two wins last week.

Eversley averaged 24 points and 6.3 rebounds per game and shot 63.3 percent from the field.

It is the second time this season Eversley has been named the conference player of the week.
