Mitch Martin shoots 2 under to lead Arroyo Grande boys to golf win

The Arroyo Grande High boys golf team beat Paso Robles 395-481 in a PAC 7 match at Cypress Ridge.

Arroyo Grande (2-0, 1-0) was led by medalist Mitch Martin, who shot 70 on the par-72 course, and Josh Schneider, who had a 79. Conner Sandman shot an 80 for Arroyo Grande.

The Bearcats were led by Greg Potruch, who shot 92, and Ben Elisarraraz, who carded 94.

Atascadero 418, Pioneer Valley 492

The Greyhounds picked up a PAC 7 win.

The medalist was the Greyhounds’ Brandon Erickson with 78. Justin Roxbrough had an 80, and Triston Ioppini had an 86 for Atascadero (2-0).

Cabrillo 227, Morro Bay 255

The Pirates dropped their first Los Padres League match of the season to Cabrillo at Morro Bay Golf Course.

Morro Bay (1-3, 0-1 LPL) was led by Robby Donaldson’s 49, Isaac Williams’ 49, and Noah Martinez’s 50.

Medalist Clayton Chatterley of Cabrillo had a 36 to lead his team to victory in its first league match.

Santa Ynez 203, Nipomo 221

The Titans lost their LPL opener at Alisal Ranch.

Nick Magness shot a 42, and Adam Burrola added a 43 for Nipomo (1-2, 0-1).

Dakota Zavalla of Santa Ynez carded 37 and was the medalist.
