The Cuesta College baseball team fell 7-4 in a makeup game with Hartnell at home Tuesday, the third straight loss for the Cougars.

Hartnell scored five runs over the sixth and seventh innings to pull away. Cuesta left the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh and scored two runs in the bottom of the ninth, but the rally fell short.

Cuesta starting pitcher Sean Mullen gave up three runs on five hits in the loss.
