I am writing in regard to the picture you included in the Feb 13 Voices section. The caption is correct, but not for the dog shown in the photo. Swagger is indeed an Old English sheep dog who won Best of Breed and Best in Category at the Westminster Dog Show.

However, the dog in the photo shows a bearded collie, most likely the one who competed in the same category with Swagger.
