Joey Hall, Mission Prep’s all-CIF-Southern Section senior receiver has committed to Middlebury College in Vermont, a Division III university that has a strong academic reputation, Mission Prep coach Chad Henry said.

Hall led the Royals this past season with 1,365 yards receiving and 24 touchdowns, helping Mission Prep to an 11-2 season and a runner-up finish in the CIF-Southern Section Northeast Division playoffs. 

Middlebury’s offer means that Hall will have a guaranteed spot on the team and ensures that he’ll be admitted into the college, though “his grades are more than adequate,” Henry said.
