Mission Prep’s boys basketball team won 68-61 on Monday against the Renaissance Academy of La Cañada in the MLK Showcase tournament.
Quinton Adlesh scored 26 points, and Andy Rowley had 16 and 11 rebounds to lead the Royals (14-7) in a game played at Providence High School in Burbank.
“Andy played a very strong game for us,” said Terrance Harris, Mission Prep’s coach. “It was a good way to end our trip.”
Mission Prep has won five out of its past six games.
The Royals next play against St. Joseph in Santa Maria on Friday at 7 p.m., then face San Luis Obispo High on Jan. 30 at 7 p.m. at home.
