Cal Poly men's tennis team downs Fresno State

The Cal Poly men’s tennis team improved to 2-0 on the season with a 4-1 road win over Fresno State on Sunday.

Cal Poly dropped the doubles point to open the match, then Jordan Bridge, Marco Comuzzo and Andre Dome all won singles matches to put the Mustangs ahead to stay.

Naveen Beasley also won a singles match for Cal Poly.

Huskies beat Poly in women’s tennis

The Cal Poly women’s tennis team produced one victory in a 7-0 loss to Washington on Sunday in Honolulu.

Jen Cornea and Ané McPike defeated Julija Lukac and Andjela Mecevic in doubles play.

Cal Poly (1-1) is scheduled to play Hawaii today at 11 a.m.
