Now that Debbie Arnold is seated on the Board of Supervisors, it’s comforting to know we have at least one supervisor who is on the lookout for the black helicopters. It would seem that poet William Butler Yeats has explained our situation yet again: “… The best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity.”
