The city of Atascadero is seeking applicants to fill two positions on its Planning Commission, a body that reviews land-use and development projects in town.
The seven-member group is made up of five commissioners directly appointed by individual City Council members for a four-year term and two commissioners appointed by a majority vote of the entire council for a two-year term.
The current vacancies are for the two-year terms.
Interested candidates must be an Atascadero resident and a registered voter to qualify, according to a city announcement.
Applications are available on the Citys website, www.atascadero.org, or in-person at City Hall, 6907 El Camino Real.
The deadline to file with the City Clerks office is 5 p.m. Jan. 31.
