Torres and Stewart lead Templeton girls to basketball win over Mission Prep

Templeton’s Marissa Torres drained four 3-pointers as the Templeton High girls basketball team beat Mission Prep 57-31 on Monday.

Templeton (14-3, 3-1 Los Padres League) also had 20 points, 13 rebounds and five assists from Mari Stewart.

Noelle Laird 13 points, and Carly Colvin had nine points for Mission Prep.

Morro Bay 74, Orcutt Academy 60

Luke Munds had 29 points for the Pirates in the road win against Orcutt Academy.

Elijah Lampley had 10 points and 16 rebounds, and Xavier Alfaro had 13 points for the Pirates (8-11, 2-3 LPL).

The Spartans (3-14) were led by Manny Mangayao with 16 points.
