I had to chuckle to myself when reading the recent viewpoint by Gail Johnson it seems we have something in common.
I have the same problem over here on Loomis Street: people using the parking area across from the house for camping out and other various things in the late of the night; mirrors ripped off my vehicles; people using my front yard/back patio as a toilet; waking up to people yelling or talking on their cell phones at 2 a.m.; my neighbors mailboxes being punched/ kicked off its post multiple times a year; dogs getting loose and chasing my cats; and not being able to sleep due to loud parties.
The only difference is that these are the drunken college students, not the homeless.
