Best for the town

Published: January 9, 2013

It seems logical to build a homeless shelter where it does not affect a business community or neighborhood. While it may be less expensive to build on county property, we should be looking at what’s best for everyone. What are the two properties worth? I do not know the size, but it would seem realistic to assume the property on Higuera Street is more valuable per square foot than the property on Prado Road. Could an exchange be feasible, or sell and purchase?

The bottom line is what’s best for the town!
