Claire Leong scored four goals to lead the Atascadero High girls water polo team to a 16-12 victory over St. Joseph in Santa Maria on Tuesday.
The win marked the first PAC 7 victory for the Greyhounds, evening their league record at 1-1.
Kylie Ferree, Mahreya Kelly and Emma Seitzer scored three goals apiece for Atascadero, and Lauren Giggy had 16 saves in goal for the Greyhounds.
Arroyo Grande 9, Righetti 1
Alexis Elias and Isabelle Manuelle scored three goals apiece as the Eagles (15-2) won their fourth consecutive game to open the PAC 7 season.
Three players scored one goal each, and Hannah Wadlow and Alana Benson combined for six saves for Arroyo Grande.
Paso Robles 17, Pioneer Valley 1
Kylie Pugh had four goals for the Bearcats (13-5, 3-1 PAC 7) in their home rout of the Panthers.
Bailee Magnunson and Erika Smeltzer had three goals apiece for Paso Robles. Goalie Marty Rae Grois had eight saves.

Blake Marchell scored 26 points to go with 11 rebounds in the Coast Valley League road win for the Crusaders (3-7, 2-3).
Nolan Cannon had 17 points, 17 rebounds and six steals, and Nathan Cedillo had 11 rebounds and four assists for North County Christian.
Coast Union 87, Shandon 34
Quinten Raethke scored 27 points and grabbed seven rebounds to pace the Broncos (9-10, 4-1 CVL) on the road.
Logan Brandt and Allan Hernandez scored 14 points apiece for Coast Union.
Hector Rangel scored 26 for Shandon.

Holt Alden Jr. scored the lone goal for the Pirates (9-4-1, 2-2 Los Padres League) with an assist from Jackson Chavez, forcing the game into overtime.
Goalkeeper Oscar Loaze had six saves in the first half, then came out because of an injury. Jeremy Neilson took over and had 10 saves in the second half.
The result is being appealed by Morro Bay because a Santa Maria player played in both the junior varsity and varsity games in the same day.
Nipomo 8, Orcutt Academy 1
The Titans (7-7-3) had two goals apiece from Mike Arezalo and Caleb Doane in the nonleague win.
Doane and Aaron Robles each had two assists for the Titans, who had three saves in goal from Jason Alvarado.
Lompoc 2, Templeton 1, OT
Jeff Hammond headed in the first goal of the game for the Eagles (1-8-2, 0-5 LPL) on an assist from Jordan Millan, but the Braves rallied for win.
Tyrus Yamagata had nine saves in goal for Templeton.

Sadie Robbins scored off a Tess Dolkov assist to lift the Pirates (3-10, 1-0 LPL) to the win.
Madelynn Martinez had six saves in goal in the shutout for Morro Bay.
