Public can sponsor signs saying what it is for which they are thankful

Students are having fun designing signs for the Cambria Thank You for ... Festival coming up the whole month of February — “the month of love,” according to organizer Stephanie Stacy (as, of course, it’s when Valentine’s Day is celebrated).

The Thank You for … Festival was created and is sponsored by the “Y” Camp after-school program at Cambria Grammar School. The public can support the effort to recognize all there is to be grateful for and help make more of it by sponsoring a heart-shaped sign that will spring up along Main Street and, new this year, along Moonstone Beach Drive, during the festival.

To order a sign, call Stacy at 235-6915 or email stephanieastacy 86@gmail.com. “It’s so much fun to see all the orders come in and read what each person is thankful for,” Stacy said. “This is really good stuff.”
