• All federal, state, county, city and community services district offices are closed.
• Post offices are closed.
• Cuesta College and Cal Poly are closed. The Cal Poly Kennedy Library is also closed today.
• Banks are closed.
• The Tribune offices are closed, but home delivery is not affected.
