The Paso Robles City Council on Dec. 13 appointed three members to the citys planning commission, an advisory board that makes land-use recommendations to the council.
Appointed was resident Rob Nash to serve a three-year term and resident Bobby Rollins to a one-year term. Rollins replaces outgoing commissioner Joel Peterson, who was elected to the Paso Robles school board this month.
Incumbent commissioner Vince Vanderlip was reappointed to a three-year term.
Chair and vice-chair appointments will be made at the planning commissions Jan. 6 meeting, according to the city.
The appointments were made from a pool of nine candidates who interviewed with the council.
