Clarify various zoning rules for topics such as bicycle parking, pool setbacks, dance schools and political sign locations; review changes to the city’s blueprint for growth regarding new state laws on storm water management; extend temporary waiver of certain impact fees developers pay; authorize $69,913 contract with North Coast Engineering to repave part of Union Road; confirm a general schedule and seek community input process on city’s 2013 goals.
