Put country first

Grover BeachDecember 13, 2012

Our leaders in Washington have known what would happen if they didn’t solve the fiscal cliff since August 2011. However, we have just three weeks, and they still can’t get it together and do the people’s business. The two parties must come together to do what they were hired to do by the people who elected them and solve this. Our elected officials must put the country first, behind their own political aspirations, and govern for the future of the people — not their own next election.

During my recent campaign, a gentleman told me about No Labels. I think they make sense, you can check them out at NoLabels.org   and see if you agree. Maybe together we can get our government moving and working together for the good of all the people.
