Never gonna happen. Here’s why: When one loophole for the rich and super-rich is closed, these folks have lawyers and accountants who will figure out a way to get around the closed loophole and create, guess what? — another loophole.

In essence, loopholes for the rich and super-rich are never closed. They simply show up in another form. Will we save $200 billion by closing loopholes?
