The Cambria Chorale will present its annual Christmas concert The Spirit of Christmas with two concerts at the Cambria Presbyterian Church on Sunday, Dec. 9, and Sunday, Dec. 16 at 3 p.m.
Adding texture and variety throughout the program will be the contributions of Chorale accompanist Karen Johnson, instrumentalists Penny Beavers (harp), Lorna Mumper (flute & percussion) and Mark Hamburg (percussion). Featured soloists will be Melanie Gruber and Sara Loven. Mark Kramer will again narrate the program.
Tickets, available at the Joslyn Center, Chamber of Commerce and the door are $15; students are free. For information, call Marilyn Fiebelkorn at 801-7599 or 924-0606. As in previous years the Chorale will also perform at Cambrias Hospitality night on Dec. 6 at the Joslyn Center and will bring their music to Casa de Flores, Bayside Care Center, Cayucos Senior Center, the Lions Club and the Presbyterian Womens Club. Money raised through their concerts and private donations is used to fund the Cambria Youth Music Fund.
