Ms. Albright’s Nov. 28 letter chastised The Tribune for publishing an article on Supervisor Gibson’s affair on the front page, and also the Petraeus affair. I believe The Tribune was absolutely correct by publishing this information. These people violated our trust. If they will violate our trust on something as sacred as marriage, can we trust them on anything else?

The Gibson affair could cost the county a large chunk of change. If we remember, the Dave Edge matter cost us plenty when it finally fell apart. We don’t need any more of that. Please keep us informed.
