Santa might live at the North Pole, but Friday's blustery weather has led to the closure of Santa's House in Mission Plaza in San Luis Obispo.
According to an update posted on the Downtown Association's website, Santa's House -- where children get to meet the jolly man and share their Christmas wish lists -- will be closed Friday.
Rain showers will turn to a steady rain by Friday afternoon, and winds are to pick up, according to forecasters.

The Downtown Association hopes to open the holiday carousel on Monday. It is also in Mission Plaza.
