Robin’s has announced the hiring of Michael Wood as the restaurant’s new executive chef. With almost two decades of experience, Wood has built a reputation on the Central Coast as a talented chef who is passionate about using local fresh ingredients. Previously Wood worked at Windows on the Water, Marisol at the Cliffs Resort, and Treebones Resort.

Shanny Covey is also the co-owner of the popular San Luis Obispo restaurant Luna Red. Both restaurants are known for using local ingredients and pairing global flavors with traditional classics.
