The San Luis Obispo High girls water polo team beat Morro Bay 19-1 on Monday in its first game of the season.
The Tigers (1-0) were led by Emma Teitje, who scored four goals, and goalkeeper Anna Mullen, who had seven saves.
Ruby Young netted the goal for the Pirates(0-1).
