Here's a list of free Thanksgiving dinners planned for Wednesday and Thursday at locations throughout San Luis Obispo County.

Atascadero

Homeward Bound Ministry Thanksgiving Community Dinner. 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday. For the people of Atascadero and surrounding communities. To attend, visit Ernie’s Tire King, 8325 El Camino Real in Atascadero, or Golden Hills Auto Center, 2345 Golden Hills Road in Paso Robles, for reserved dinner cards.

Cambria

Community Thanksgiving Dinner. 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday. Veterans Memorial Building, 1000 Main Street. 927-4064.

Grover Beach

South County People’s Kitchen Thanksgiving meal. Noon to 1 p.m. Thursday. The organization offers a hot meal daily at Shouts of Grace Church, 675 W. Grand Ave.

Morro Bay

15th Annual Morro Bay Thanksgiving Dinner. 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday. Morro Bay Community Center, 1001 Kennedy Way. Hosted by the Morro Bay Peace Officers’ Association and the Rotary Club of Morro Bay. To request a meal be delivered in the Morro Bay area, call 772-6284 by evening Wednesday.

Paso Robles

Free Thanksgiving Dinner. Noon to 2 p.m. Thursday. Hosted by the nonprofit organization Thanksgiving for Paso Robles. Centennial Park Activity Center, 600 Nickerson Road, Paso Robles. No reservations necessary. To have a meal delivered, call 238-2312.

Pismo Beach

The Pismo Beach Police Officers Association's 29th annual Thanksgiving dinner. 1 to 6 p.m. Wednesday. Pismo Beach Veterans Hall, 780 Bello St., Pismo Beach. To get a meal delivered, call 235-4787 or 235-4294 between 1 and 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

San Luis Obispo

Grass Roots II Thanksgiving Dinner. Noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday. Traditional turkey dinner. Grange Hall, 2880 Broad Street, San Luis Obispo. No reservations necessary. To have a meal delivered, call ahead at 544-2333.
